Studio C Cubo deals with integrated design in BIM (Building Information Modelling) offering a wide range of technical services through the development, at all levels of design depth, of the disciplinary areas of architectural design, plant and structural, connecting the different areas and creating a synergistic approach.

​Architectural design is developed by carefully considering the needs and demands of the customer and is an integral part of the design process so that the creative product has an importance corresponding to various parameters such as economics, structure, energy, qualitative performance of contemporary living.
We guarantee our customers a bespoke interior design service with particular attention to the customization and characterization of spaces through the use of innovative materials and compositional solutions that combine aesthetics and functionality.

The objectives in which we identify are to conserve, enhance, re-use and redevelop spaces now forgotten to return them to the community. The design and construction management of reinforced concrete, masonry, steel and wood structures is one of the main areas of expertise of the studio, which has carried out numerous building works for public and private buildings as well as renovations of existing buildings. The project starts from a scrupulous activity of survey and survey of the state of fact, also through site inspections aimed at the

Specialized in the field of energy diagnosis of buildings, carries out plant design and construction of buildings with high energy efficiency. We provide design services for thermohydraulic systems and photovoltaic systems with particular attention to energy saving issues.
We provide advice aimed at the energy upgrading of existing buildings and energy efficiency of new buildings, with the aim of improving inadequate energy performance, housing comfort and enhancing the building heritage.

THERMOGRAPHY
The use of drones equipped with instrumentation for surveying and the latest generation of thermal cameras allows the detection of large areas and complex structures while maintaining very high standards.

Topographical Surveys: Digital Terrain Models, Level Curves, profiles, sections and cadastre;

Architectural Reliefs: Reliefs of facades, elevations, estimates and measurements also with the use of laser scanners;

Thermographic surveys, complete thermographic map and georeferenced in order to know the possible entity and exact position of the thermal bridges.
The survey process is based on the acquisition of digital photographs taken by the drone related to the area of interest, from which specific software (applying the basic rules of photogrammetry) are able to extrapolate a three-dimensional point cloud that can later serve as a basis for further processing (DEM, Ortofoto, Mesh).
